Interested in the job, rings up, organises day and time for visit. Never turns up, no message “sorry can’t make it” or “can we reschedule” nothing like that. Just piss poor unprofessional without common decency. If this is how you deal with quotation phase, you not the man for any of the jobs. Will never use again, and will never recommend.

John (the manager) and his team were an absolute joy to work with. We had a huge renovation job over the summer last year, involving removing our full back garden lawn, laying a very large patio as well as laying a brand new lawn. They also built a huge wooden pergola with weatherproof roof. They completely replaced our back garden fence and hand built a brand new large garden shed. To the front they laid a brand new drive, and built a wooden porch surround with a new step. The work has been carried out to the highest standards, and the whole team were hugely polite and very respectful. We were quite sad when the job was finished, but are completely in love with our new garden and drive etc. Can't recommend Northeast Landscape and Gardening Services highly enough, literally a life changing experience for us!!

John, the NGLS boss, got back to me promptly. Came to give a quote for my parents' garden within a couple of days and carried out the work shortly afterwards. The team members were hard working, efficient and friendly. They were sympathetic to my Dad's (he is 89) needs and went out of their to respect his wishes. The final invoice was in line with the initial quote. I would definitely recommend them.
