We went with Home Shape Ltd to build our kitchen extension, because they had worked on similar properties in our area and had good connections with planners and local council. I found them comparable, transparent, and fair. Our site foreman was Adrian - extra polite, thoughtful, responsive, committed. Tom who managed the project gave us many good ideas, he was quick and often proactive. Months after completion they addressed few newly discovered snags and they emailed us couple of times to check if everything is fine, so the aftercare is good.

We were thrilled with the results of our large kitchen extension, which was built by Home Shape to our exact specifications. The builders were highly professional and impressively kept the project on schedule and within budget. Home Shape did a superb job managing the project and promptly resolving any minor issues that arose during the process. Our daily lives were minimally impacted as the builders utilized the rear entrance and avoided disturbing the bulk of the house, which helped keep any mess to a minimum. Our living area was sealed off, the driveway had a protective layer, and they were installing any required protection as required. Home Shape Ltd completed quite complex extension on our kitchen last year, which they turned around in record time. Excellent and straightforward service from initial consultation through to completion of build. We asked three companies to quote for our project, we chose companies that were working locally and looked suitable for our project. We were sent a very detailed quote with prices and pictures for all options and a plan of what would happen each week and a schedule of when payments would be due. Home Shape quote was in the middle, but it was the most detailed and we felt they would provide the best service. All the tradesmen on the site were skilled at their respective jobs and well-mannered. They worked solidly, kept the site clean and were sensitive to our neighbours and surroundings. We had some issues along the way, but it was mainly due to other independent suppliers and their timing. We are very happy with the completion and I would definitely use them again.

Home Shape Ltd completed our large kitchen extension and 1st floor remodeling in Spring 2021. They worked quickly and efficiently and were always happy to listen to our concerns as the project unfolded. The reason Home Shape got the job is that they were willing to come up with fresh ideas that utilised our space to its maximum, rather than just give us what we had asked for. Also, they are trading for over 10 years, so we could check their track record and clarify any concerns. We had some issues within last months, but all was rectified under the guarantee. The finishing and snags took longer than expected but that said, we are very happy with the results and would recommend Homeshape.

From the first stage of planning right through to the last stage of the build, they were incredible. The lead designer was responsive and thoughtful when dealing with any requests made for inclusion into the design. The follow up by the appointed project manager gave me incredible piece of mind. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Once we heard the news about potential UK lockdown in a week time, all builders were working around the clock 12 hours a day, so now at least we have a massive and fabulous extension we can enjoy during this grim time. We are very thankful.
