Could not recommend Rob enough! We contacted Rob after having complications with our front door and its ease of locking, turns out the gearbox was quite bad internally and Rob sorted this out for us immediately! I now no longer dread having to fight our door every day, it’s as smooth as butter and hasn’t been this easy to use in the 2.5 years we’ve been in this property. Whilst here we had a brief conversation about our rear patio doors and the poor installation by the building company when the houses were first built and the position that left us in being cold breezes felt, originally a gap at the top of the doors where we could see daylight, and the door just not correctly and securely locking. Rob left us with his details to further discuss and choose to call him back should we need. We weren’t going to pass on the opportunity and knowing how quickly Rob got to us with the front door, how efficient he was, his incredible communication and thorough workmanship, we didn’t hesitate to ask him to come back. A week later and our patio doors are as secure as our front door. Thank you so much Rob, you’ve saved us from worries and daily battles with our doors! Would highly recommend Rob to anyone, and if we are to know anyone who is in need of a Locksmith, Rob will be our first and only recommendation!

Rob came to us within half an hour of our front door lock completely falling out after another rogue company had installed it a couple of weeks previously. We found him honest and straightforward to deal with and he gave firm estimates of cost which we found very reasonable. We took several of his business cards to distribute to our friends. In the event of having any future problems we would not hesitate to call him as our first choice.

Rob did a fantastic job on my lock - answered all my questions and was polite and professional throughout. He arrived on time and the job itself took less than half an hour - he even noticed part of the door was incorrectly attached and sorted that out too! Would 100% recommend.
