Description
kianlocks fits one lock, and fits it properly: the Avocet ABS euro cylinder – BSI Kitemark TS007 3-star, Sold Secure Diamond (SS312) and Secured by Design.
A planned lock change is £149 flat per door. That covers a cylinder sized to your door, fitting, three keys and an itemised invoice naming the product and its security rating. No callout fee, no hourly labour, no surprises.
Who we help:
• Landlords changing locks between tenancies – old keys made useless, invoice for your property file
• Tenants and new homeowners who want their own keys after moving in
• Anyone upgrading to a 3-star anti-snap lock on a uPVC or composite door
Where: North & Central London (Camden, Islington, Haringey, Barnet, Enfield, Hackney, Westminster, the City, Kensington & Chelsea) and Hertfordshire (Potters Bar, Borehamwood, Cheshunt, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Harpenden).
When: planned bookings Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm, usually within 2–5 working days. A typical visit takes 30–45 minutes. We reply to enquiries within 2 hours during office hours.
Emergencies: 24/7 callouts for lockouts, snapped cylinders and doors left insecure after a break-in – always quoted per job before we travel.
Trading as kianlocks since 2020. Kianlocks Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company no. 11163189.
