I specialise in providing individual & couples relationship coaching where the session is designed to address a specific subject or issue which may be the cause of the dynamics in the relationship to have changed.

This type of coaching enables you to facilitate changes where necessary in a managed and focused way by providing support and helping you to reflect on the presenting issues to find a solution.

When issues occur in the relationship it sometimes can become hard to resolve because the communication has broken down or simply that connection has been overtaken by routine and over time has become less and less. So even though it could be seen from an outside perspective that it's a simple matter to resolve many individuals and couples find it hard to find the mutual ground in which to resolve the presented issue.
