I've always been passionate about self empowerment, personal development and helping people achieve their goals and set up my business to do just that.
My own journey of numerous losses, tragedy and navigating grief and motherhood has led me to help and support others with empathy and understanding in every session.
With a focus on self empowerment, I help clients to work with their own inner resources, using a range of different modalities tailored to your needs. It's my wish for you to thrive in life, rather than simply survive.

Lou came along at a time when I was feeling lost and overwhelmed at the prospect of being made redundant. Through my work with her, she helped me to turn a vague thought about starting my own business…which at that time felt like an unachievable goal, into a reality. I am about to launch my own business and am eternally grateful to Lou for helping to make this happen!

I approached Lou when I was looking for clarity over my future direction. In just a one hour session Lou had seen through all the confusion and got to the nub of what was going on and helped me see how best to move forward.
