Description
I provide brief solution-focused counselling and psychotherapy services, tailored to the needs of the individual. I am ACCPH accredited and a firm believer in the Human Given approach - ensuring that clients are able to meet their primal emotional needs and become emotionally resilient once their therapy sessions are over. I have successfully treated clients with OCD, eating disorders, addictions, PTSD, depression, anxiety, phobias, anger issues and people who are struggling for a meaning or purpose in their life. I truly believe that most mental health conditions are treatable.
