Sandra is a qualified coach with twenty years experience coaching a variety of people of different ages to achieve their specific goals, transition through challenging periods and improve their attitude and perception of life (see enthusiastic and positive reviews from clients).

Sandra has a university graduate degree. She has read and continues to read many books on coaching, wellness, attitude, goal setting and personal development. This wealth of accumulated knowledge has provided her with expertise that enables her to keep clients positive and focussed on pre-agreed desired outcomes.

Following every coaching call, Sandra provides notes of points covered and agreed actions to help keep you on track outside of the coaching sessions. Clients find this extremely useful as a development tool.

Sandra is such a complete package. Talking to her makes decision making a breeze. Her attention to details is beyond mosts! She gives clear paths forward at times when you just need some clarity. If you choose to get assistance with life, as we all need at times, Sandra is your go to!! She a real hero in times of turmoil especially. She has years of experience and has her whole heart in her work.

Sandra was excellent in helping me get my life back on track. She was able to help me identify what areas of my life needed improving and helped me to develop the steps I needed to achieve this. Our sessions were always positive and purposeful I always felt listened to and always came away with a clear plan to achieve my goals.
