I started seeing Dominic to help become a calmer, less reactive & overthinking person which was consuming my life. He stated that after all these sessions, things will begin to fall into my lap. He was right. I set a a 5 year plan of achievements with him and have already managed to achieve them in 2 months from our last sessions. The hypnotherapy & affirmations was great in assisting with my development & changing the way my brain thinks.

I've been to Dominic for three separate courses of hypnotherapy and have always come away feeling more positive. I've struggled with negative self-talk for years, and I really feel the sessions have helped change my internal monologue for the better. Dominic is kind, professional and easy to talk to. I went to Dominic with help in trying to stop vaping I had recently giving up smoking but couldn’t stop the vaping. So I went for hypnotherapy and it really helped haven’t touched a vape since and never will as Dominic through the hypnosis made me believe they tasted like peanut butter which I hate so now every time I see a vape I think of peanut butter and makes me feel sick
