History

Established in 2004.

Established in 2004 by Gayle Vaatstra. Gayle originally set up her business on a part time and adhoc basis, whilst she was in the employ of a private company doing something completely different from Hypnotherapy.

After a short time it became evident that the demand for Self Development and improvement was growing in Cwmbran and the surrounding area, as indeed it was across the South East Wales Area. So, Gayle decided to take the leap into self employment alone and further develop Aspirations Hypnotherapy offerings, and she hasn't looked back since. She now utilises various alternative techniques alongside Hypnotherapy to facilitate a bespoke clients personal development and improvement plan.

She has (in 2013) featured on a BBC Wales programme looking at alternatively routes to weight loss and also advises, writes for, and is a councillor as an Agony Aunt on an international Web Site . This Web site is a resource and support for women whose partners have been unfaithful to them


Gayle specialises and is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, she also has professional experience in excess of 20 years in personal development, training and coaching; Gayle has worked in these areas across both the private and public sectors, in both the UK and across Europe. She also works as a Consultant on a Government Program, which supports those with Mental Health issues, that affect them in their work role. Gayle's main practice is in Hollybush, Cwmbran, South Wales (Nr. Newport) UK.

Gayle qualified in 2004 with a Diploma in Hypnotherapy (with Merit) after 2 years of studying with Chrysalis Counselling & Training. She has since under taken additional Continuous Professional Development courses, on an ongoing basis, to ensure her knowledge and skills are updated regularly and to expand the depth of her knowledge and experience in Hypnotherapy.
