I am based ONLY online via Zoom, WhatsApp Video or Telephone. I DO NOT offer face to face sessions. A industry survey following the Covid Pandemic showed online therapy is just as effective as face to face therapy/coaching. It comes down to the client's personal choice. If you choose to work with me. I will listen, assess and evaluate where you are now to help you get where you want to be.

I specialise in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, (PTSD), Complexed Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, (CPTSD) , trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, D.I.D, BPD, NPD, OCPD, Narcissistic abuse, domestic violence recovery, childhood trauma, bereavement, grief, addiction, family, marriage and relationship issues. Attachment style disorders, self esteem, self confidence and self worth. MH issues to include Bi Polar, Intrusive, repetitive thoughts. OCD thoughts and behaviours. Also Life Coaching, personal development, life fulfilment, creating purpose and Business Start Ups.

I have found that 50% of the success of any therapy/coaching is that you are happy and comfortable with your therapist/coach. A positive connection helps you get the best experience from Psychotherapy, Life Coaching and Personal Development.

Having had my fair share of tragedy in my own life I specialized in holistic and complementary treatments. Learning all the links with healing and the power of the natural world. Subsequently, we can heal ourselves when we know what to do. Together with an academic background in Psychology, Psychotherapy and knowledge of human experiences. This has influenced my style and approach when it comes to therapy.

I believe everyone is a unique and valuable part of this world. After all, you are the main character in your life’s play! Psychotherapy, with the right support and guidance, can help us to rediscover and rebuild that connection to ourselves and others. Allowing positivity to flow freely into our lives.
To enable us to make better life choices and take back control of our lives. Whilst Life Coaching enables us to really go for the dream or goal. By focus and homing in on what it is we truly want and moving towards it.

REFUND POLICY - After the Psychotherapy treatment plan or Life Coaching programme has begun. Unused sessions in a block will not be refunded but may be used for up to 24 months after the initial payment date.

These are charged on account for individual treatment programmes and homework packages.
