I’ve been on my life coaching journey for 6 months. reached out to Sue at a time where my work life and managing menopause was posing daily challenges. I was not able to see the wood through the trees and work through my day where I felt utterly deflated, stressed and tired through lack of sleep. Sue through our meetings and working through different techniques initially weekly, fortnightly, monthly and now 6 weeks has helped me manage my thoughts and actions to get through a busy working day as an employee, mum and wife. I feel weight has lifted a better person for it. Thank you Sue for making this stressed menopausal wreck feel human again.

I worked with Sue when I felt I was drifting at work and uncertain of my future. All I knew was that I couldn’t stay in my current role. Sue really helped me think differently and encouraged me to explore what I could do. She really gave me confidence to be brave. It’s like having your own supporter in your corner with no agenda apart from helping you find your path. Her phrase ‘what’s the worst that can happen’ really resonated with me and gave me permission to be courageous. In our last session she changed it to ‘what’s the best that can happen’. I am grateful for her support and guidance and more positive for the future and whatever that brings, it will be my choice which is wonderfully empowering.
