Description
I am an Italian trauma-informed Master Life Coach and NLP practitioner mostly based in London. I help clients improve their lives and develop an empowering mindset through a spiritual approach, utilizing tools like neurolinguistic programming and somatics. In particular, I support them in finding courage, clarity and confidence so they can get unstuck and move forward, as well as in developing an abundance mindset.
Previously a conference interpreter (I speak four languages), voice-over artist and subtitler, I transitioned into coaching and authored the book "Universe, I Trust You." This book, aimed at women feeling stuck or at a crossroads, shares my personal journey of turning crisis into opportunity. It won second place at The Book Fest Awards in 2023 and was showcased in Times Square, New York. Mentored by great American coaches like Christine Hassler, Stefanos Sifandos, Preston Smiles and Alexi Panos, I bring my Italian flavour combined with an international mindset. I am my clients' biggest cheeleader from moment 1.
