WHY ME
I have over 20 years experience in business at a global level before I transformed my own life and made coaching my full time purpose. My coaching is rooted in neuroscience, self-awareness and the belief that lasting change starts from within. Where coaching helps you think and strategise more clearly, I also use a modality called PSYCH-K® that works at the deeper subconscious layer that coaching alone can’t always reach. Used together, they create the conditions for real, durable transformation. I have coached for 2000+ hours internationally in English, German and Spanish.
