I listen to and support your exploration, offering challenge when appropriate in order to help you connect, or more often reconnect, to your strengths, confidence and resilience, to give you more choices in your life.
I have been coaching for 20 years and continue to focus on my own self development to fine tune and expand my own skills and knowledge. Earlier in my career I worked at board level in the Facilities Management sector. In addition to corporate clients I work with actors, musicians, journalists, writers and teachers.
I am a Certified Coaching Supervisor and enjoy working with other coaches to help them learn and develop their coaching skills too.
