Description

Having over 10 years of experience within the recruiting industry across Tech, Fashion, Ecommerce, Advertising and more. I’ve worked with individuals around their North star career goals for some time. Alongside coaching, I am an active mentor in networks including the ‘Black Young Professionals’ network, and have spent time as a trustee for charities around organisational development and design. With a natural interest in helping people visualise the possible, and turn it into their realities. I have a track record in holistically helping people to secure fulfilling careers and change their everday’s. North star Coaching practice is an extension of this and spurred me to work on getting my official coaching qualifications. Now I work with individuals around their personal growth, goal setting, mindset shifting, focus and wellness grounding.

Alongside this, I’ve also worked with organisations, delivering Growth mindset sessions to both leaders and teams, goaling workshops, and visualisation sessions amongst more, delivering group sessions tailored at driving motivation and success. I take a holistic approach to coaching, steering the conversation and harnessing the true potentials individuals already poses to help put some structure, process and thought into how we can bring things into reality. Which you will also see throughout my corporate sessions. I work with organisations to tailor these sessions to their context, or you can pick one of our pre-packaged sessions.
