Description
I am a therapist/counsellor, and I work with adults, and children, working one-to-one or in couples, as a fully qualified psychotherapist (UKCP accreditation), you’ll have the time and psychological safety to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Particularly anxiety, depression, bipolar, and accreditation in ADHD and Autism spectrum.
Fully qualified in various modalities (e.g.EMDR, IFS, Trauma-informed Attachment, and child therapy accreditations).
I will help uncover and process through those deeper defence mechanisms, and protective parts that mean we replay patterns over in our lives and relationships. It will also allow meaning to be given to the anxieties, rage, anger, addictions and other coping staregies, and from that we can move forwards in healing.
