I have experience of working with individuals who have ADHD, Autism, AuDHD and Dyslexia. With my own lived experience I understand the challenges that feeling different in a neuro-normative society can feel.
I can support individuals to learn how to 'hack' their brain to achieve more, feel more confident and understand their needs.
