I am and experienced counsellor and pyschotherapist, committed to helping people challenge and change any limiting beliefs, let go of unhelpful behaviour patterns, enjoy enriching relationships, experience joy and abundance, awaken consciousness, and bring inner peace....therefore lead the life they want to live.
My aim is to help people develop new coping strategies and ways of communicating in a skilful manner, to bring about change in their relationships, and a more positive outlook on life.
