Happy Lamb Hot Pot Edinburgh is looking for friendly and reliable Front of House / Waiting Staff/Supervisor to join our team in Edinburgh city centre.

We are a busy Chinese hot pot restaurant and are looking for team members who enjoy working with people, providing great service, and being part of a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Position Waiting Staff / Front of House Team Member/Supervisor

Location Edinburgh City Centre

Hours Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible shifts available, including evenings and weekends

Pay National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage, depending on age and experience Tips are shared among staff and are usually around £2–£3 per hour, depending on business levels.

Has previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience Speaks fluent English and can communicate confidently with customers Has excellent customer service skills Is friendly, reliable, hard-working, and a good team player Can work well in a busy restaurant environment Has an interest in Chinese food or hot pot — preferred but not essential Has the legal right to work in the UK Knowledge of Chinese cuisine is helpful, but full training will be provided.

Main duties Your role will include:
