Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests in the sauna area with professionalism and warmth.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the sauna facilities.
Provide information about the amenities and services offered.
Ensure guest comfort and safety at all times.
Support the management team in daily operations.
Promote a relaxing atmosphere aligned with our brand values.
Assist with event setup or special occasions as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality or guest services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to sauna environments.
Previous experience in spa or wellness settings is advantageous.
