Description
Sauna Host (Lead) – Thursdays & Fridays We’re looking for a warm, reliable Sauna Host to join our team and help create a welcoming, high-quality experience at our unique outdoor sauna and cold-therapy space.
This role requires availability on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for some of the following shifts:
7:00am – 2:30pm
2:30pm – 8:30pm
About the Role
As Sauna Host, you’ll ensure every guest feels safe, welcome and relaxed for while maintaining excellent operational and cleanliness standards. This role blends hospitality, wellbeing hosting, light maintenance, event support and simple social media content creation.
As Lead Sauna Host, you’ll also help ensure shifts are covered and support training new team members.
Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Safety
Welcome and guide guests through the sauna experience
Explain safety guidelines and waivers
Maintain a calm, supportive and high-quality environment
Operations
Manage bookings and prepare facilities before sessions
Clean sauna and cold plunges between sessions
Maintain hygiene, water quality and site standards
Monitor sauna and report maintenance issues
Marketing & Community
Support event ideas and hosting
Create simple Instagram content during downtime
Contribute ideas to improve guest experience and membership growth
