Venue Sourcing / Meeting and Events Executive: This large Pharmaceutical company are recruiting for an experienced Venue Finder within Meetings and Events from a Pharam background. The role is Temp to Perm, Hybrid with the offices in London. Paying £17.88p/h.

Venue Sourcing / Meeting and Events Executive, Responsibilities:

Source and select venues that meet event specific requirements, from hotels to unique venues

Deliver side-by-side location/venue comparisons based on clients needs

Negotiate contracts, optimal rates and concessions.

Adapt to various event types, from corporate conferences to large-scale gatherings

Venue Sourcing / Meetings and Event Executive, Skills Required:

Previous Venue Find/Sourcing experience within Meetings and Events.

Medical/Pharmaceutical event experience

Experience using Cvent for event and venue sourcing

Additional Information:

Temp to Perm role

Paying £17.88p/h

Hybrid with the offices in London, Ideally 2 days in the office.
