To be considered for the Luxury Cruise Consultant role the applicant MUST have UK based luxury cruise sales experience from an established UK travel company, happy to work in the office.

Luxury Cruise Consultant Duties:

* Delivering a premium, personalised experience to clients that transforms the way cruises are booked and enjoyed. From itinerary selection and restaurant reservations to booking forms and online check-ins – is handled with precision and care.

* Build long-term relationships with clients offering personalised cruise recommendations and adding thoughtful touches that reflect their clients’ tastes.

* Serve as the cornerstone of client experience, combining deep product expertise with a high-touch, personalised approach to travel planning.

* Selling a wide range of luxury ocean and river cruise holidays from the world’s leading cruise lines face to face and over the phone.

* Building strong repeat business through excellent rapport and product knowledge.

* Keeping up to date with the latest cruise products, promotions, and industry trends.

* Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets

Cruise Consultant – Essential Requirements:

* Previous experience selling cruise holidays with a UK based travel company

* In-depth knowledge of major cruise lines, itineraries, and destinations

* A passion for travel and delivering first-class service

* Strong sales ability with a proven track record of closing sales and hitting targets

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Happy to work full time in the Essex/East London office. xjnqpsq
