Customer Service Advisor - Travel

Description

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor in Travel to join our client’s team as a Concierge Consultant in North London. In this role, you will take ownership of cross-checking booking details for customers scheduled to travel within the next 72 hours, reconfirming hotel accommodations, and providing quality check documentation to clients. Actively making outbound calls and handling inquiries, you will ensure a seamless service while balancing quantitative targets with the highest standard of customer care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Booking Verification: Cross-check and reconfirm all hotel accommodation details against set criteria for bookings traveling within 72 hours.

Customer Communication: Conduct professional, courteous, and efficient telephone calls to deliver quality check documentation and provide exceptional service.

System Navigation: Proficiently use systems to review, update, and manage customer bookings.

*

Performance & Targets: Work to defined quantitative targets while consistently maintaining high standards of customer care.

Problem Resolution: Make quick, effective decisions to resolve minor booking issues in a high-pressure environment, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.

Team Support: Assist colleagues on an ad-hoc basis to support smooth day-to-day team operations.

The successful candidate will have:

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.

Adaptability: A flexible approach to work, with full availability to work 22.5 hours per week over 3 days (scheduled Monday through Saturday).
