Did my research on these The director, Jonathan Poulter, used to run Federal Demand Ltd and Federal Demand Group Ltd, both of which collected client's money and went bust, Avoid Avoid Avoid !!

Money Claim Collections Group Ltd I wish I didn’t have to put this post up, but I think it’s about time everyone knew the truth. We do have an audio recording speaking with the company director,Jonathan Poulter throwing unsolicited verbal threats about this post but low and behold, here we are. We were owed a small ammount of money by a client of ours. £15k to be exact. Approaching Money Claim Collections Group Ltd they advised us that we could claim for the full ammount of the contract remaining reaching nearly £78k. They had advise from their “legal team” this was do-able. I was promised the recovery of the debt, again with evidence and also we had to take out a personal loan to cover the next part.. I was told, by Joseph Kirby that it will cost £4.5k to spin up a Statury Demand. After looking at all of this and getting advise from our solicitors, the fee for a SD is £250, regardless of the ammount owed. They knew our position, and went after the client. The silly sods decided to put a statury demand against my client, as a business not a person. They told me “it doesn’t matter it still counts..” after seeking more legal advise, no, it doesn’t. Infact, the client decided to try and persue charges against me, for trying to spin up a company he doesn’t even know! Latter to the point.. I’ve had my fair share of people this year and last, and company’s like Money Claim Collections Group Ltd, run by Jonathan Poulter, Joseph Kirby and the likes need shutting down! After wanting to discuss it, I was then told “it’s paid now you can’t have anything back..” They’ve been reported to trading standards and I will happily upload the audio clip of Jonathan Poulter, threatening me if I made any review about them at all which the police now have. People need to be aware! So NOT use Money Claim Collections Group Ltd! Liars, bully’s and just con men.
