Received a letter stating that we owe £174.72 for late payment on invoices from 5 years ago. On investigation the 4 invoices quoted, the due dates were wrong on one of them, the invoice numbers were wrong on two of them, the amounts were wrong on three of them and payment dates were wrong on all of them. We were on PRO FORMA so don't see how we could pay late! Contacted Acopia the company who they were supposed working for and they told me to ignore it. Looks like they are just trying it on - CHECK YOUR FACTS!

After posting online with some information related to unpaid invoices with a central collections site, I was approached buy various professionals who came back with options how to get the ball rolling. They represent a company that I used for the last 4 years - I recevied a demand for Compensation & Interest due to some invoices being paid 3 days late going back 4 years ! I will never use this company again and I strongly advise if you employ CPA then be prepared to lose good clients ! They will destroy all the good reputation that you have worked for.

This company is a scam. Threatening legal action when invoices are paid and charge late payment interest even when they were paid several years ago. Do not use them. They will damage your reputation with your customers through their greedy and under-handed methods
