I bought this last year set it up this year so brand new,i used this for 2 hrs cutting my tree back see photo,turned it off tried starting again next day and a few other times with no response,I know nothing about these kind of things,I haven't got any patience so got to sell it as a none starter if you know what your doing then youve got a cheap 5.1 tool collection only thanks
