Full Ad Description:
Price: £140 ONO (Or Nearest Offer - sensible offers considered)
Selling my reliable Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon (5th Generation) as I've upgraded. This has been a fantastic workhorse laptop, but it's time for it to go to a new home.
PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT NOTE BELOW BEFORE MESSAGING:
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE ON AUDIO: The built-in speakers and the 3.5mm headphone jack do not work. This is a known fault. However, audio works perfectly and without any issues when using Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth speakers. This is how I've used it for years. It's also possible to use a cheap USB-C or USB-A to 3.5mm audio adapter if you prefer wired sound.
Aside from this one issue, this is a brilliant, lightweight, and powerful business-grade laptop.
THE GOOD SPECS:
Processor: Fast Intel Core i5 CPU
RAM: 8GB RAM - Handles multitasking with ease.
Storage: 256GB SSD - Starts up quickly and has plenty of space for files.
Display: 14-inch Full HD (1920x1080) IPS screen. Looks sharp with great viewing angles.
Design: Super lightweight and portable carbon fibre body. Perfect for students or commuting.
Connectivity: Strong Wi-Fi, Bluetooth (for audio!), and all the essential ports.
Famous ThinkPad Keyboard: The best keyboard on any laptop - perfect for typing essays or long emails.
Operating System: Comes with Windows 11 Pro installed and ready to go.
CONDITION:
The laptop is in good used condition. It functions perfectly for all tasks (web browsing, Office, streaming video) aside from the audio issue mentioned above. There are some minor scuffs and signs of use on the casing, but no cracks or major damage. The screen is in great condition with no dead pixels.
