Brand-new HP OmniBook 5 16" Next Gen AI Laptop, supplied directly by HP as a replacement notebook and received on 14 September 2026.
The laptop remains in its original HP factory-sealed packaging with the factory seal intact. It has never been removed from its HP packaging, switched on, configured or used.
Only the outer courier/transit packaging was opened in order to confirm the model and specifications. The original HP laptop box has not been opened and the factory seal has not been broken.

The notebook was received directly from HP on 14/09/2026 as a replacement unit and is being offered for sale exactly as received, with the original HP packaging unopened and factory seal intact.
As the factory seal remains intact, the laptop has not been opened, switched on or tested, and the seal will not be broken for testing or demonstration.
The original HP box does show some minor cosmetic creasing/marks to the cardboard from transportation, as visible in the photographs. This relates to the packaging only and not to the laptop itself.
The laptop will be carefully protected using the original outer HP transport packaging for delivery.

One improvement I'd make: don't put the serial number in the public eBay description or photographs if you can avoid it. The product number C0LG2EA#ABU is useful to buyers; the unique serial number isn't necessary.
