- Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit - newly installed with default as Windows 7. Factory reset however Temp user has been set up to check functionality.

Condition & Important Information:
- Laptop powers on and works correctly
- Built-in keyboard does NOT function properly
- Keys are misaligned and unreliable - USB / external keyboard works perfectly (tested)
- Trackpad, screen, ports, Wi-Fi, and audio all work as expected
- Cosmetic marks and wear to casing consistent with age - see pictures for more detail
- Crack on the bottom casing which does not attach properly (as shown in the image), however does not impact functionality.
