Description
Here are my used but in excellent condition Aftershokz Aeropex AS800 headphones
If you didn’t know then these are not normal headphones as in they don’t go over or in your ear. They’re very clever bone conduction headphones.
I’m not a technical person, i don’t know how they work… but they’re bl**dy clever..!!
See the pictures as to where and how they sit on your head. Extremely lightweight and comfortable to wear, and don’t put any pressure on/in your ears.
I used them for audiobooks while i’m out walking or cleaning the car. And because they don’t sit over or in your ears, if someone talks to you, or there is traffic, you can hear it, you’re not ‘cut off’ from the outside world. If you get a phone-call during use, just press the button to accept. Easy.
Included are the travel pouch which has a magnetic closure, instruction booklet, 2 charging leads, the original and a spare (which comes as standard). Just magnetically attach the lead and plug into a USB socket to charge. Charge time approx 2hrs, and will give a continuous usage time of approx 8hrs. While charging they show red. And when fully charged they go blue. You can see the state of charge on your phone (if your phone supports the function, my iPhone does).
I have a friend who is totally deaf without his normal hearing aids. He tried these (with scepticism…) and the shocked look on his face when he said “blimey… i can hear everything..!!” Like i said earlier… they work, but i don’t know how…
Cash on collection from Hedge End, or will post at extra cost.
Any questions just ask.
