Description
Beaufort & Rampton Landscapes is a growing landscaping company creating high-quality residential gardens across Southwest London and Surrey. We’re looking for an experienced Landscaping Team Leader / Foreperson to join our team and help deliver exceptional projects.
The Role
You will lead a small team (2–4 people) on landscaping projects, managing the day-to-day work on site and ensuring jobs are completed safely and to a high standard. You will be supported if you are a trainee foreman.
Main Duties
Leading and supervising a landscaping team
Hard landscaping including paving, brickwork, decking, fencing and turfing
Reading drawings and setting out sites
Managing materials and daily site organisation
Maintaining high health & safety standards
Communicating professionally with clients and team members
What We’re Looking For
At least 3 years of landscaping experience
Strong hard landscaping skills
Ability to read plans and run a site
Reliable and organised
Full UK driving licence
Bonus Skills (not essential)
Digger / dumper tickets
CSCS or ROLO card
Planting knowledge
