About Us
KWL Landscape is a growing garden maintenance and landscaping company providing professional services to private residential properties throughout Oxfordshire.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking General Labourer to join our friendly team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and is keen to develop their skills in gardening and landscaping.
Job Description
No previous experience is required, as instructions and guidance will be provided on-site.
We're simply looking for someone who is willing to work hard, follow instructions and, most importantly, turn up on time and be dependable.
Requirements
Previous gardening or general labouring experience desirable but not essential.
Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual work.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of gardening tools and machinery would be advantageous.
Main Duties
Assisting with general landscaping and groundwork.
Moving and handling materials.
Digging and preparing ground.
Clearing waste and keeping the site tidy.
Assisting experienced team members with various tasks.
Helping to complete the project efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements
No previous experience necessary.
Must be reliable, punctual and committed to turning up for agreed shifts.
Physically capable of carrying out manual labour.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Desirable (Not Essential)
Full UK driving licence.
Own transport or ability to travel independently to the work site.
