Description
I’m a self-employed gardener looking for a friendly, motivated person to work alongside me one day per week in March and April (initially).
This role would be ideal for someone fairly new to gardening (or even completely new) who wants to learn properly, build confidence, and gain hands-on experience.
You don’t need loads of experience. What matters most to me is who you are.
I’m looking for someone who is:
-Conscientious and reliable
-A bit of a neat freak with a good eye for detail
-Takes pride in doing a job properly
-Friendly, chatty and comfortable around clients
-Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all weathers
-Keen to learn and open to guidance
