Williams Twenty & Services are looking for a highly skilled, experienced Handy Person to join our forward thinking, growing company based in Bournemouth.

The successful applicant will carry out all planned minor works and maintenance in residential properties. Landscaping on large and small scale projects.

Twenty 7 Services are a maintenance company based in Bournemouth. We have a first class reputation based on exceptional standards of work and excellent customer relations. We carry out planned repairs to residential properties to include minor plumbing, minor electrics, carpentry, painting, fence repairs, guttering and general 'DIY' jobs. As well as Gardening and landscaping of larger homes.

The successful applicant will join our strong team and MUST have experience in all of the following trades;

• Gardening ( Landscaping, grass, trees etc)

• Carpentry

• Painting & Decorating

• Tiling

• Basic Plumbing

• Basic Electrics

• General Property Maintenance & 'DIY' jobs

They MUST also have the following skills;

• Excellent knowledge of materials & tool usage

• 1st Class customer service

• Excellent time keeping and punctuality

• Great work ethic

• Excellent problem solving

• Excellent communication skills

• Great attitude

• Work in a clean, methodical manner

The role is full time is PAYE or self employed basis.
