Description
The successful candidates will need to have all-round skills and knowledge of the garden landscaping work environment.
All applicants will need to be enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude, with an ability to work to a deadline. Performance based bonuses are in place.
The candidates need to be hard working, courteous, punctual, tidy, respectful of team members. And passionate about producing beautiful spaces.
Also need to work hard to justify their employment. As our company delivers hi-end gardens. Therefore need hi end attitudes.
For the labouring position. The candidate needs to have more than 5
years experience.
For the hard landscaper. Will need more than 8 years under their belt. ( References required.)
For the foreman. Great ability to know what's to come. And to have an all round professional knowledge of ALL disciplines. Pay will obviously be reflective of performance.
