Description
This is the first of two Moroccan lanterns I'm selling.
Not sure how to describe the shape but typical of Moroccan decor/design and very stmospheric.
Pierced brass with inset swirls of coloured glass which unfortunately the camera does not show to full advantage. See fourth photo. These swirls glow beautifully when illuminated.
H. Approx. 63 cms without hanging chain.
Circ. 98 cms at widest point.
Natural brass patina, but could be polished if desired.
The lamp has an open top and closed bottom. The light source of your choice is simply dropped in from the top. Could possibly be wired for electricity.
Only ever been used indoors, but suitable for outside in a sheltered situation.
