We are two furniture makers with 32 years and 36 years experience

The highest grade of Walnut at 240 mm wide is typically available in 2.4 m lengths
The oak is 270 mm wide
We put a backing of birch and mahogany Ply to guarantee absolute stability and hundreds of years of service
We then do a fine finish with three different sanders to create an ultra fine finish that gets 12 coats of Osmo
Beyond this we also have available huge slabs of oak and beach Walnut Elm Sycamore
Some of the large pieces as seen in the photos are 1.3 m wide and could be as long as 4 m. These are finished on one of the countries biggest CNC machines give us an ultra flat boardroom Table or massive Dining Table.

But usually a Kitchen Worktop for a Whole Kitchen could be done within 3 to 5 weeks
Dining Table’s take at least three months because of the drying process
The very large slabs take at least 800 years to grow
As per UK law all Trees that are hardwoods have to be naturally felled
And when Slab form they require at least 5 to 15 years drying
