Attractive Magnet shaker-style kitchen units, purchased and professionally installed in 2019. Dark blue woodgrain-effect doors with antique brass-effect knobs and cup handles.

The kitchen was in good condition before removal and has been dismantled by our builder as part of an extension project. It is now stored under cover and ready for collection.

Original U-shaped layout dimensions:
• Peninsula/island run: approximately 160cm
• Sink wall: approximately 226cm
• Oven wall: approximately 185cm

These are the approximate lengths of the original kitchen runs, rather than individual cabinet measurements. The units can potentially be rearranged to suit another room, subject to the buyer’s own measurements.

Cabinetry includes:
• Matching wall and base cabinets shown in the photographs
• Shaker-style doors and drawer fronts
• Four-drawer base unit
• Sink-base cabinet (but not including the sink/tap)
• Oven housing and under oven drawer
• Two Corner cabinets with two pull-out kidney-shaped storage shelves in each.
• Matching handles, end panels, plinths and retained fittings

Four appliances included:
• Neff Stainless-steel built-in single oven
• Neff Four-burner stainless-steel gas hob
• Russell Hobbs built-in microwave
• Zanussi integrated dishwasher on end of island)

The four appliances were in use and in fine working order before removal. They must be installed and tested by appropriately qualified installers.

Not included:
• Laminate worktops
• Sink or tap
• Fridge/freezer
• Extractor fan
• Glass splashbacks

The installed photographs were taken immediately before removal. The kitchen was in good condition at that point. I have not yet inspected every cabinet following removal, but the builder has confirmed no damage. Buyers are welcome to inspect the stored units and satisfy themselves as to condition and completeness before purchasing. Any removal-related damage identified will be disclosed.

Collection from Walthamstow
• Sunday 23 August – afternoon/evening
• Monday 24 August – evening
• Tuesday 25 August – evening
• Wednesday 26 August – daytime/evening

Collection must be completed by Wednesday 26 August. A large van and at least two people will be required. The buyer is responsible for loading, transportation, reconfiguration and installation.
