Description

Eleanor May combine creativity with professional design knowledge gained through the British Academy of Interior Design, using established design principles such as colour, proportion, balance, scale and functionality to create spaces that look beautiful and work for everyday life.

My design process can include space planning and scaled layouts, mood boards, carefully selected furniture and finishes, and realistic 5D Render software for the visualisations to help you see how your space could look before making decisions.

I also provide clickable shopping lists, with real products, making it simple to find and purchase the furniture, lighting, accessories and finishes selected for your design.

Whether you need help with one room or a complete home or commercial space, or your garden, I offer a friendly, structured and personal approach, with designs tailored to your style, needs and budget.

I recently worked with Eleanor May and had a fantastic experience. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, always quick to answer questions and provide updates. Her service felt very personalised, and she took the time to understand my style, needs, and preferences. She came up with thoughtful, creative ideas that I wouldn't have considered myself, and her expertise made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Most importantly, I'm extremely happy with the final result. The space looks beautiful and truly reflects what I was hoping to achieve. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, professional, and attentive interior designer.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the project Eleanor has created for me. From the very start, she completely understood the style I was aiming for and turned it into a clear, well-thought-out design plan that feels exactly right. The layout she designed has transformed the space on paper already. It’s created the storage and flow I wanted while making everything feel open and practical at the same time. What I love most is the Canva presentation she put together. It’s not just a design, it’s a full renovation manual that I can follow step by step, which has given me so much confidence going into the works. I’m genuinely excited to start bringing it all to life. Eleanor’s creativity, attention to detail, her ability to translate ideas into something so usable and inspiring is amazing. I’m incredibly grateful for her work and can’t wait to complete the project she’s designed. Highly recommend!
