Fully adjustable handle bar height with cam quick release & brand new adjuster button.All wheels and steering linkages just lubricated. undamaged wheels roll very smoothly. Working footbrake. Handlebar grips unmarked (see photo)- these are often significantly damaged at ends-see other ads.
Some scratches on logo on vertical bar but only as expected on used scooter. Deck on great condition.
