Super cheap insurance been the Picanto (1)

Kia Picanto 1 don’t expect Rolls Royce levels of spec, however not as basic as most (1) specs I have seen, as it does come with electric front windows, half decent radio with AUX/CD, PAS, ABS, Multiple Airbags, ISO Fix, 12v 120w outlet, and that’s about it… all less to go wrong as these cars are uber reliable, probably one of the last no nonsense back to basics cars built that last…. Plus it also has a full size spare wheel with new tyre!

999cc G4HE 60bhp 4 cylinder these engines are super simple, reliable, easy to work on, unlike the modern equivalents.

Very well looked after car serviced yearly regardless of doing next to no miles, book pack with stamps and pile of service history.

New Drive shaft due to ABS rings cracking (not cheap) plus gear oil change.

X4 new steel rims (from Kia) due to rims leaking

X4 new tyres (on the new rims)

Full service (using OE parts and oil) / MOT October 25

Full new exhaust front to back (still has original cat not cheap aftermarket)

X3 new Bosch wipers

Yearly rust protection topped up (clear coat not black clag)

Timing belt done approx 2020 @ 50,000 miles (only done 9000 miles) unfortunately can’t find the invoice.

New in tank fuel pump/ sender unit due to fuel gauge failure (OE Denso) plus fuel filter.

Very clean little car, has scuff on the NearSide Front bumper + the odd age/use/related ding or scratch here and there… bar that real honest little car that drives fantastic!
