EXCELLENT CONDITION.
This looks like new. From the condition it looks as if it has never been used, I am however unable to advise if that is correct or not.
Everything that should be there is, the keyboard, mouse, dongle/USB thing, even the batteries, BUT, they have corroded so are of no use. That to me would suggest that this has never been used.
