2009 Kawasaki Z1000 C9F ABS, 953cc, black, 11,840 miles.
MOT until April 2027

Reluctant sale of a much-loved bike due to a change in circumstances. I’ve absolutely loved owning and riding her and will genuinely be sad to see her go. Hopefully the next owner gets as much enjoyment from her as I have.

The previous owner had the bike for around 10 years and looked after it very well. I’ve owned it for the last 6 months, during which time it has been garaged and cleaned after every ride. It hasn't seen water in just over 10 years unless the hose has been on her for a clean. It presents extremely well for a 2009 bike and I don’t think anyone viewing it will be disappointed with the overall condition.

The bike was serviced at the beginning of this year by the previous owner and the chain has recently been thoroughly degreased and lubricated.

It has a number of upgrades:

*Customised Z1000 rider’s seat, which is considerably more comfortable than the standard seat
*Stealth mirrors, giving the bike a more aggressive look
*Tinted windscreen, for improved wind deflection
*Engine spoiler / belly pan.
*Rear wheel hugger.
*Tail tidy.
*Crash bobbins
*Magnetic phone holder on handlebars.
*Motion detection alarm with remote control.

Original front seat, original lower fairing, original mirrors, original wind deflector and a good-condition z1000 tank cover.


Overall the bike is in really nice condition for its age. There are some scratches to the right-hand fairing and crash bobbin, which I’ve tried to show clearly in the photographs. There is also a very tiny amount of corrosion in places if you look closely with a magnifying glass..


The bike has an excellent MOT history, with the records showing 14 passes and only one previous failure. That failure was back in 2018 for front brake fluctuation and a worn rear tyre, after which it passed its retest.

Current MOT expires 16 April 2027.

Mileage recorded at its April 2026 MOT was 10,622 miles, with the bike now showing approximately 11,840 miles. This may go up slightly.


A genuine, well-looked-after and very enjoyable Z1000. Reluctant sale only because circumstances have changed.
