Description

Kawasaki Versys 650, 2008/58 plate, 40,307 miles.
Owned by me since 2022, during which time I’ve covered just 6,004 miles.
I originally used the bike for commuting to and from work, but I no longer need it for that, so it simply isn’t getting enough use and I’ve decided to sell.
MOT until 25 May 2027.
The bike has been regularly maintained by local motorcycle garages and I have service and maintenance history from throughout my ownership, including receipts for work carried out.
Work carried out during my ownership
- Regular oil and filter servicing
- Oxford heated grips fitted
- Front and rear brake pads replaced in 2024
- Headstock bearings replaced in 2024
- Complete Delkevic stainless-steel exhaust system fitted in 2025
- Heavy-duty chain fitted in 2025
- Front and rear sprockets replaced in 2025
- Rear top box fitted
The bike starts, runs and rides well and I’m not aware of any mechanical issues requiring attention.
It is an older used motorcycle, so there are normal signs of use, cosmetic marks and some age-related weathering. I’ve tried to show the condition honestly in the photographs.
Overall, it’s a solid and usable Versys with a good amount of recent maintenance already taken care of.

Viewings and test rides
Genuine buyers are welcome to inspect the bike, hear it running and look through the service history.
For security, test rides are only possible with the full £1,950 received into my bank account beforehand as security, together with a valid motorcycle licence and proof of insurance covering this motorcycle.
Otherwise, I’m happy to demonstrate the bike myself.
The bike will not leave my possession until payment is showing as cleared in my own bank account.
