Jaguar XF S Portfolio (2010) in Silver- 3.0L Diesel

Description

My 2010 Jaguar XF S Portfolio is now for sale, with a 3.0 L Diesel engine and 6 speed auto gearbox. I've had this for nearly four years, and done 15,000 miles in it, with the meter at 153000. I am the 4th owner. The car has silver metallic paint with cream interior, with the gloss piano black wood trim. It has all the Portfolio trim details, which you likely know is the highest trim level on the XF, above Luxury and Premium Luxury.

And as you probably already know, the XF 'S' is more powerful than the regular 3.0 XF Diesel, with 271bhp rather than the 237bhp output of the regular non S version. Two keys are present. Lots of service history, including a record of cambelt change.


Condition

Bodywork has a few minor scuffs and scrapes as expected for its age, it is 15 years old after all

Interior - Seats are in good condition. All interior dashboard and other internals are in excellent condition. One piece of plastic trim has a crack on the seat side.

Electrics - All screen controls and console items work fine. Sometimes the rear left door locks are sticky and don't unlock by the motor and need opening via the inner handle. Touchscreen infotainment panel works great. Trip computer, seating, lighting controls all work fine. Some TPMS sensors were not working and giving warnings on dashboard despite good tyres, so the TPMS checks have been disabled by the garage.

Recent work includes a new battery, fuel level sensor, alternator, and suspension arms and bushes.. The speedometer needle light died and an extra bright replacement installed by the Jaguar lighting specialist Lighten Up. MOT recently done and expires in Mar 27. It was last serviced in June 25, around 2000 miles ago. 3 recent tyres - rears are Uniroyal Rainsport 5s, one new Rotalla on front. Recent replacement alternator.

Driving

Engine, gearbox all perform as they should. Sport mode, track mode, dynamic control and paddle shift available for further control. It generally returns 45+mpg on a long run, and around 40 with more mixed use.

Reason for sale

We have moved from a town with good roads to a village single track lane with muddy paths and holes. This car's comfort and refinement will be missed.
