Outstanding issues, hand brake works but is high and could do with adjustments

I replaced the alternator with a new one from GSF around 18 months ago but when wet or cold the light sometimes comes on the dash, I had it checked at the garage and it's still charging as it should so I've continued as is and have had no issues.
