Description
Casium blue metallic with upgraded Windsor premium heated and cooled black leather interior, heated rear seats, advanced lane assist, cold climate pack plus lots more.
Only 38K miles.
Full JLR Service history. Full car JLR approved used warranty and Jaguar Assist.
Just been to JLR Stirling for a new MOT and full pre sale inspection. New MOT expires 25th September 2027, next service not due until 23rd December 2027.
Fantastic condition inside and out.
'Black' spec, plus many optional upgrades, includes all the kit you could ever want. The only reason I didnt go for the only slightly higher spec HSE was to keep the physical heating controls, these are replaced by another touch screen in the HSE, which is far less practical in use. Also the HSE of this year did not include adaptive cruise control, making the Black spec the only one having it as standard, unless the driver assist pack was specifically added as an option. If you are looking at a MY2021 or MY2022 HSE, the chances are, it will not have a adaptive cruise control or self steering function, which I was lucky to pick up on prior to buying. The amount of cars out there with incorrect spec listing's are crazy, so make sure you fully check, as I was given a lot of misinformation on spec prior to eventually finding the car I wanted. The Covid semiconductor shortage meant many I-Paces of this age ended up being well under-spec'd.
Benefits of the 'Black' spec include, but are not limited to
Fixed panoramic glass roof
Heated steering wheel
Heated windscreen
Heated washer jets
Heated front seats
Premium LED lights
Gloss Black 20 inch alloys
'Black pack' trim includes, front grille, grille surround, side window surrounds, door mirror caps, and rear badging.
Rear tinted glass
Premium ebony headlining and gloss black interior detailing.
Premium Meridian 400W 12 speaker sounds system.
3 x programmable memory seat options for driver and passenger
Front and rear parking sensors
Rear camera
Auto open and close boot
Wireless android auto / apple car play,
plus a lot more.
In addition to the bundled 'Black' spec features, the car also benefits from the following factory options.
Caesium blue metallic paint (£750 option)
Advanced steering assist for level 2 autonomous driving.(£1200 option), upgraded from the standard lane keep assist, it uses an identical looking button on the steering wheel, but performs completely differently in use, you can tell if an ipace has advanced assited steering by looking for a small grey steering wheel at the bottom left of the drivers display which turns green when in use alongside adaptive cruise control (can be seen in picture 19) . This option was also a paid only option on the HSE for Manufacturer year 2021 and 2022 cars, it was not standard HSE spec due to chip shortages, so if you are looking at a HSE, make sure it had this upgrade, otherwise it won't have it, nor adaptive cruise control.
upgraded premium 'Windsor' leather interior, looks similar in pictures, but a completely different quality of leather to the Duoleather featured as standard (£900 option)
14 way electrically adjusted front seats (4 side seat adjustable buttons, not the 3 on the other black spec models) plus ventilated and cooled front seats, an addition to the standard heated seats. Amazing in the hot weather. (£840 option)
Heated rear seats (£400 option)
Wireless phone charger with signal booster (£350 option)
Being registered late December 2021 makes it a 2022 Model Year (MY2022), this is crucial when looking for an ipace just now, as the earlier models are currently going through the H570-H572 battery recall, if you don't know what this is then look in to it before purchasing an Ipace. Being a MY2022 model this car is exempt, and I have included the VIN so you can check this for yourself on the Jaguar website.
I purchased the car as Manufacturer approved model, directly from Jaguar. The only previous owner was Jaguar UK themselves. The car has always been under full car Manufacturer warranty, which is fully transferable, and covered until late October 2026. Importantly, as the car is still under Jaguar warranty, it can continue to be extended, this is not an option for cars that have allowed their full car warranty to lapse.
The I Pace is well known for being one of, if not the best value used EV's on the market due to its steep initial depreciation, but only if you buy the right one.
I researched heavily prior to buying, and went for a manufacterer approved high spec MY2022 model deliberately, as it was the best way to enjoy the car, whilst avoiding the problems the earlier models have, and get the full manufacters warranty for piece of mind. The car has been absolutely faultless, and has only been back to Jaguar for servicing and MOTs, this can also be confirmed through JLR. There are plenty of problematic cars out there, this definitely isn't one of them.
As, for servicing, the car was serviced by JLR 22nd November 2023 @ 16k miles and 23rd December 2025 @ 30k miles, the next service is not due until December 2027, or 51k miles, which ever comes first.
It has had 3 MOT's, all carried out by JLR as it has always been covered by JLR MOT cover. I have just taken it to JLR Stirling for its 3rd MOT, exactly 1 month prior to the MOT anniversary, so it now effectively has 13 months MOT, expiring 25th September 2027. The car flew through the MOT, only noting minor cracking to the tyres, which is very well documented on the Goodyear Eagle Sport all season tyres used on the I pace, as confirmed by Jaguar, but does not impact use or performance, and are in no way in need of replacement prior to reaching normal end of life. There was a nail in a tyre noted on the latest MOT, upon further inspection this luckily turned out not to have penetrated the tyre as it was a screw head only and was safely removed, without the need for any repair or replacement.
I will only allow supervised test drives with proof of fully comprehensive insurance, otherwise, I'll drive. Any inspection welcome, including any comprehensive test by a reputable EV specialist of your choice (at buyers expense), you wont be able to fault this car.
Located in Falkirk, Central Scotland. If you are looking to travel for the car, I can collect from either Edinburgh or Glasgow Airport, or any Falkirk train station. The car will be charged to 100% if required for the drive home, giving over 250 miles before you need to think about stopping to recharge.
This car has had a very easy life, only limited motorway use, so not covered in stone chips. Maticulosly maintained by Jaguar for the technicals, and me for the cosmetic. using only premium products. I'm a hobby detailer, so you won't be disappointed in the condition of the car.
I have only ever slow charged the car, this is supported by the data on my podpoint home charger app, which you are welcome to view, so the battery is in great health, although fully covered until late December 2029 under the battery warranty anyway. I routinely set my charge limit to 80 percent in order to maximise battery health. I have pictured it at 100 percent, simply to demonstrate maximum range and capability.
Sold with 2 keys, both charging cables, no outstanding finance, No smokers, pets or young children, ice cold aircon, no accident damage or repairs.
The wheels are faultless, and in mint condition, with matching Goodyear Eagle Sport all season tyres, with good tread all round.
The car wants for nothing and you won't find a better example with this year, mileage, spec and history, at this price anywhere else, I've checked. The only way you could buy better is to go to Jaguar direct, but you'll need to pay a lot more for that.
I make no apologies for the detailed advert, its everything I would want to know if I were buying, but if I have missed anything that you would like to know, just ask.
I am only selling as my new car is on order and due for delivery mid to late September. The car will be in daily use until then.
This car looks, drives and feels every bit the the £75k+ car it was when new, although there are plenty of low spec, unloved fleet cars out there, with questionable batteries, and an even more questionable history. If you are looking for a quality, high spec, fully warrantied example, with proven history, direct from the owner, who has the knowledge, and confidence to sell the car from their own driveway, then give me a shout, I work shifts, but I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
