I looked long and hard to find the best condition X-Type; I must have looked at over a hundred before I found this one as I am a perfectionist and wanted one to keep as a classic. I specifically wanted one that was stucturally sound and it has never had any welding. It is one of the best condition and highest specced Facelift X-Type S which is very close to the Sport Premium spec! Being the Manual 2.2 TD it has more performance and 155 BHP vs the 143BHP Automatic and most importantly NO DPF that causes so much trouble on the Autos. It has been meticulously maintained with no expense spared.

Very high spec including; Heated Full leather interior with full electric adjustable drivers seat and 60/40 split folding rear seats, 18" Jaguar Proteus Split rim style Alloy Wheels (and matching spare), Real Carbon fibre spoiler and dashboard, Sat Nav, DAB (Increadibly rare option which requires the even rarer gateway module) & FM Radio with CD, 6 CD Changer & Bluetooth, Power folding electric mirrors. It also has an Android Auto/Apple Carplay system included.

The car drives beautifully and looks immaculate. Lots of work has been done since I have owned it including fitting the heated full leather interior, steering wheel and gear knob fitted which all came out of a facelift x-type with around 30,000 miles so it looks and feels like new. The car was serviced at end of October, rear suspension overhaul last April including new Jaguar rear coil springs, all trailing arm bushes were replaced SuperPro polypropylene anti roll bar bushes as well as cleaning and painting all parts with hammerrite to protect them. New rear suspension arms just fitted. It has also had new Jaguar rear waist seals, new Delphi EGR valve and upgraded 80Ah Bosch battery in late 21 (the biggest battery that will fit the X-Type think 74Ah is std) as well as Front coil springs and drop links in March 21 full set of Goodyear tyres in Late 20 and full brake overhaul with new brake disks and Mintex pads and colour coded brake callipers all round in Mid 20

New Clutch and Dual Mass Flywheel at 121,000 Miles and Starter motor at 86,000 Miles.

Other upgrades fitted include: Andoid Auto/Apple Carplay, Genuine Leather gear gaiter, QuickCharge 3.0 USB Sockets, LED interior lighting throughout, (no more dead battery and far brighter), Real carbon fibre spoiler fitted to boot lid (I can put on the original Jaguar spoiler on boot lid if you prefer the original), Full size matching spare wheel (18" Proteus alloy). All alloys have been refurbished and powder coated and stainless steel bolts (not plastic fakes) were installed. Smoked sequential indicators on wing mirrors. New Red growler badge fitted on grille and new set of wheel centre caps (all genuine Jaguar). Colour coded bumper protector and reflectors have been wrapped to colour code (reversable if you prefer the orange reflectors) Every little detail has been meticulous!

For latest MOT the OS front tyre has been replaced with a continental tyre . Also the advisaries of both rear suspension arms have been replaced after the MOT and the rear pin bush which hadn't been aligned correctly when the garage pressed in the new Jaguar bushes has also been realigned.
